Enhanced the sidebar navigation with two critical new links positioned strategically around the Download button.

Navigation Updates

New Links Added

   • Icon: Shield (from lucide-react)
   • Position: Above Download
   • Purpose: Legal clarity before download

2. Deploy (/deploy)
